I like sausages. I like the idea of having a tray of something in the fridge that can be easily cooked at a moment’s notice – on bread, in pasta, even as a part of a big breakfast on Saturday. But buying sausages from the supermarket has always been met with disappointment, not to mention the fact that Anna is quite indifferent to this whole sausage thing in general (the kids don’t like them too; usually all end up on my plate).

That is until we came across Coles pork chipolatas.

Fatty (as sausages should be; those gourment lean sausages just lacks something) but not greasy; a good flavour but not overly salty. We’ve had them a few times and they’ve been consistently tasty – even Anna and the kids approve!
