Very disconcerting to see Facebook bring up an ad for a product that you’ve been googling about. This has happened for two or three things now – can’t remember all of them, but one was definitely the Rode iXY microphone.

Now, unless Facebook is extraordinary at extrapolating from next-to-nil data (I share very little on these social platforms), I suspect its doing dodgy cache reading or something – I can’t keep up the pace with technical things these days, but mark my words, its doing something!

Facebook is now relegated to a private browser window until further evidence justifying the contrary.
